Project Management
There are several different and unique requirements for Customs clearance procedures around the world, More Events has the knowledge and experience to guide you through these to ensure a smooth and easy outcome.
Site Management
Our services including unloading and reloading or trucks, van and containers and delivery to your booth preshow. The same services can be offered in reverse post show. Lifting services on site to install a specific product, we have specialised cranes and any lifting equipment required to safely re-position your product.
Empty Case Storage
Collection from your booth and interim storage of your cases, then re-delivery back to your booth after the event has closed.
Documentation
Whether you need some advice or assistance in issuing shipping documents, we’re here to help. ATA Carnets, commercial invoices through to Certificates of origin, we can guide you through this process.
Marine Transport Insurance
Tailor made insurance packages available on request covering all risks.
Transportation
Air, sea and road freight services to and from the show are always available, whether it is a UK event or a show hosted anywhere in the world, More Events can handle to requirement.
Packing
Specific packing cases can be provided for each unique exhibit or product.
